The procedure. Local anaesthetic is injected around the site. With surgical excision, the mole is removed along with a margin of surrounding tissue and the site is stitched closed. With shave excision, a protruding mole is shaved level with the skin surface. Removed tissue is routinely sent for histological analysis — included in the price.

We offer two private mole removal options, tailored to the mole's size, type, location, your skin type, and personal preferences. Your exact price is always confirmed before treatment begins.

Surgical excision. Ideal for larger moles or those requiring a biopsy. The mole is removed along with a margin of surrounding tissue and the site is stitched closed. Every excision leaves a scar — we aim to minimise its visibility through careful incision placement and closure, and most scars fade considerably over 6–12 months. The removed tissue is routinely sent for pathology — included in the price.

Shave excision. Suitable for protruding moles. The mole is shaved level with the skin surface, usually resulting in a less noticeable scar. Particularly effective for moles that stand out from the skin's surface.
